Our portfolio spans over 40 states and includes work with some of the most respected and well-known developers in the nation. Our award-winning design and focus on quality documents has driven the growth of our portfolio to include complex urban infill sites, mixed-use residential projects, lifestyle centers, and luxury high-rise residential towers. We have built industry expertise with over 100,000 multifamily units completed, under construction, or in design. Our experience includes a wide variety of product types in diverse markets across the nation, giving us a deep understanding of multifamily, retail, mixed-use products, design trends, market factors, and construction costs. Our innovative and collaborative designs tell a unique story for each project from the inside out, creating inviting and usable shared spaces to relax, play, work, socialize, and live.

Integra Construction, Inc. is a privately held general contracting construction company based in Atlanta, Georgia, with a satellite office in Indianapolis, Indiana. Integra primarily performs work in the southeastern and mid-western United States. Our strong relationships with clients has allowed us to follow them and work in over 20 states. Integra maintains licenses in 23 states, allowing us to rapidly respond to clients’ needs wherever they may be. Integra’s core leadership has been with the company since inception and continues to maintain an active role in daily operations. Integra’s wide array of project experiences and hands-on approach to managing the day-to-day operations of the company allow us to best serve our clients’ needs from project inception, budgeting, design, construction, close out, and warranty.
